Marrakech for two is not a matter of monuments to tick, but of hours you give yourselves. You keep the medina and the gardens, but you pick them for what they give the couple, not for the list.
The thread rises to the end: a night in the Agafay desert, a private dinner under the stars, then daybreak seen from a hot-air balloon. Nothing mandatory in there, and we say the price and the weather share plainly. Best lived March to May or September to November.
Taking time, together

Settling at the riad
A patio riad, the fountain sound, the cool of thick walls. Bags down, a tea on the terrace.
The medina, wandering
The souks with no list or aim: you follow an alley, stop at a lantern or carpet stall, get a little lost.
Shared hammam
Steam, black soap, gommage, then an argan-oil massage. Reckon 500 to 1,200 dirhams (£40-£96) for two per spa.
Rooftop dinner at sundown
A terrace table when the Koutoubia lights up and the call to prayer crosses the town. Moroccan cooking, no fuss.
Gardens, then the desert for the night

Jardin Majorelle and Jardin Secret
Majorelle early, before the crowd: the blue, the bamboo, the basin. Then, in the medina, the Jardin Secret and its tower. Majorelle tickets booked online, per slot, around 170 dirhams (£14). The Jardin Secret, around 100 dirhams (£8) on site.
Lunch in a patio
A shaded table, off the noise. No rush: the departure for the desert is in mid-afternoon.
Departure for Agafay
Riad pick-up, light bag for the night. Forty-five minutes south-west, the town gives way to the stone plateau.
Camel at sundown
On camelback across the plateau tracks, on your own or nearly, when the light reddens the stone. No dunes, no Sahara, Agafay is a pebble desert, but silence and horizon are whole.
Private dinner under the stars
A table set for two off the camp, candles and brazier, then a sky with no town light. Reckon an add-on for the private dinner.
Night at the camp
A comfort tent, real bed, bathroom, rugs: not bivouac. The cold drops fast at night, even in summer, bring a fleece.
Hot-air balloon at dawn, then the return

Pre-dawn transfer to the take-off zone, in the plain (around an hour by road from the camp). The flight over the fields and palm groves, the Atlas on the horizon, in the silence and the grazing light. Breakfast at landing, champagne on option. Reckon around £170 per person, the flight depends on the weather.
Return and a last garden
Back in Marrakech mid-morning. Time for a last garden - the Bahia or Anima towards Ourika - or a last wander.
Brunch and departure
A quiet brunch, you pick up what was left at the riad, and off to the airport, twenty minutes away.
