Jet-ski near Marrakech
Fifteen to twenty minutes of jet-ski on a lake facing the Atlas, solo from age 16 or in tandem. Beginner-friendly - swimming, however, is a must.
To cool down away from the heat of town, head to Lalla Takerkoust lake, a dam about forty minutes south of Marrakech. That is where, on the water, you hop on the jet-ski.
The outing lasts about three and a half hours, transfer included, but the time on the water is short: fifteen to twenty minutes of riding, solo from age 16 or in tandem behind the instructor. A starter session is enough, and it is beginner-friendly - swimming, however, is a must.
At this rate, you mainly pay for the setting - the sheet of water facing the peaks - and for the instruction, more than for the riding time. Happily combined with a day at the lake: lunch on the water’s edge, paddle or quad on the shores.
